This class will introduce students to the adobe Flash program and fundamentals of drawing, animation, interaction. Students will create graphics, animations and basic web pages. Simple coding with as2 and as3. Add sounds and video to web projects. Creating full screen presentations; saving files and projects for on-line and off-line presentation.

Provides instruction in various processes that involve innovation, planning, analysis, design, implementation, and promotion of Internet-based information publishing. Introduces students to the theoretical principles of visual language and also affords the practical opportunity to apply the principles using modern Internet publishing tools, such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash. The course projects include critique, typography, color theory, digital imaging, editing and composition.
