The technique of sequential artwork for children’s books and markets is emphasized using traditional and non-traditional stories, and project assignments. Consistent style, design and compatibility of an illustration to the story will be stressed.

For the beginning artist who has no system of painting. Concentrating on values first; advancing to color; starting with flesh tints. Subjects include still life, male and female for illustration, and touching on drawing for illustration.
