Welcome to the duCret School of Art

The duCret School of Art is a non-profit 501(c)3 professional art education and resource center. Established in 1926, duCret is NJ's oldest art school and is a wonderful mix of emerging student artists, professionally active artisan instructors, prominent artists and art activists of New Jersey. duCret alumni features a long list of globally recognized, established and published artists. The school's unique ability to connect established alumni with duCret students fosters a self-sustaining cycle of long term support, a sharing of industry resources and offers a unique artist-to-artist style mentor-ship opportunity for emerging artists.
